2020 Creative
Climate Awards
November 15th - December 15th, 2020
Virtually and in NYC Storefronts
The Creative Climate Awards (CCA) are an annual series of events that showcase artists creating climate-inspired public works and actions. Over the last decade, CCA has showcased climate-inspired artwork from around the globe, including 194 artists from 31 countries and reached over 200,000 audience members.
Responding to local needs due to the COVID-19 pandemic, our 2020 CCAs are bringing the diversity of NYC creatives, environmental and social justice advocates to your doorstep. Join us for virtual events and see the artwork virtually and in-person in storefronts across NYC.

EVENTS
In order to support our NYC-based artists, local businesses, and to address the ongoing health and community concerns of the COVID-19 pandemic, the 2020 CCAs have transformed into a festival of virtual conversations, celebrations, artist talks, and a citywide storefront exhibit.

Artists
Our 2020 CCAs are also focusing entirely on New York City artists. We invited select cultural institutions across the City to help us showcase how New York can be an example of a diverse city pulling together and making connections at the intersectionality of creativity and climate to raise awareness and inspire change.
Learn more about our artists and see the virtual exhibit below. The top three artists will win cash prizes to support their work.
Remember to VOTE for your favorite artist!

SPONSOR
This year’s Creative Climate Awards is powered through Pollinate Art, a community-driven platform and publication for art communities to connect, create, and share. In a time when the in-person experience is still safely emerging, the Pollinate platform empowers artists and art communities to amplify their reach with audiences wherever they may be. Navigate the self-guided activation through their digital app, see the installations, and listen to a note from the artists and organizers.
